Our end-to-end ability to operate, transfer, vault, secure and recover your data in time of need is second to none. For added protection, redundant copies are kept off-site with Iron Mountain.

UPGRADES

The world of Health IT is always in a constant state of change and as a result software and hardware obsolescence can quickly become a reality. HighPoint’s role is to remain apprised of these changes and implement them when they become available and necessary. We work with all software and hardware vendors to test and implement upgrades as they become available. It is our “double-check” on top of the testing already done that gives you extra assurance that an upgrade is not going to have a negative impact on your practice.

The training you receive is arguably the most crucial part of your implementation process. From our staff to our facilities HighPoint is unrivaled in its ability to train. Whatever service you chose to engage us in, we are fully certified and experienced to train you and your staff in Practice Management, Billing, and Electronic Health Records. We have received special certification and training from our partner vendors to ensure that your implementation is nothing short of the best. We can either train onsite at your practice location or we can seat up to 30 in our audio/visual conference center for a perfect learning environment. Highpoint’s goal is to make sure you receive the training necessary to make your implementation a success!

 

EHR SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT

Even though our software is very intuitive and comes with 1000’s of specialty specific templates, you may find that some of them don’t exactly fit your particular workflow. Rather than changing your workflow, our software is customizable to meet your needs. HighPoint is experienced in working closely with providers of multiple specialties to create templates that best fit your practice. Once we customize templates, we perform a series of tests before submitting them to you for final review and sign off.
